The Treasurer's office is responsible for collecting real estate and personal property tax, dog licenses, utilities, general bills, parking tickets and fees, for renting City facilities and picnic shelters.
Dog Tags:
Dog tags are purchased annually. All dogs four months or older are required to have a City dog tag. You Must provide proof of your dog's rabies vaccination.
State and Estimated Income Tax:
May be filed with the Commissioner of the Revenue. Payments are made to the Treasurer.
Real Estate and Personal Property Tax:
Are due twice a year. Those dates are June 5 & December 5.

- Online:
Conveniently pay online using a debit or credit card.
A 3% convenience fee will be applied.
Pay - Visit our Office:
Payment can be made in person by check, money order, cash, or a debit or credit card.
A 3% convenience fee will be applied to debit and credit card payments.

For your convenience, a physical drop box is located outside of City Hall to make payments. NO CASH PAYMENTS PLEASE. Payments received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

- Through ACH on the 8th or 18th of the month. Please complete the ACH Debit Authorization form and return it to our office.
