
City Manager
The City Manager serves as the chief administrative and executive officer overseeing the daily operations of the city government and ensuring the effective implementation of policies set by the City Council. Appointed by the Council, the City Manager is responsible for coordinating all municipal departments, managing city resources, and promoting efficient governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Leadership: Supervises all city departments, institutions, and agencies to ensure smooth operations and unified management of city affairs.
- Policy Execution: Enforces resolutions, ordinances, and orders passed by the City Council while ensuring compliance with state laws.
- Budget Oversight: Prepares and submits the annual budget to the Council, provides recommendations, and executes the adopted budget.
